These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the spinboss-protect.com domain, the Verification Center, the Documentation Center, the abuse intake channels, and any authenticated correspondence dispatched through Spinboss Protect's infrastructure.

By accessing this domain or any correspondence dispatched from it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not interact further with the domain or its correspondence channels.
Spinboss Protect operates a verified communication infrastructure used to dispatch and verify enforcement and compliance correspondence. The infrastructure does not constitute legal advice, and the operation of the infrastructure does not establish an attorney-client relationship between Spinboss Protect and any counterparty.
Counterparties and recipients must not (i) attempt to impersonate Spinboss Protect or any of its operators, (ii) interfere with the integrity or operation of the infrastructure, (iii) submit knowingly false or materially misleading information through any intake channel, or (iv) use the infrastructure for any unlawful purpose.
Material breach of these provisions may result in correspondence being declined, escalated, or referred to competent authorities.
Each authenticated outbound communication includes a reference identifier in the format SPBP-REF-XXXX-XXXX. Reference identifiers are required to validate the authenticity of any reply, counter-notice, or operational inquiry and must be quoted in subsequent correspondence.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spinboss Protect's liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to direct losses and excludes consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Spinboss Protect's operational record, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rules applicable in the recipient's habitual residence.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version effective at the date of any specific correspondence governs that correspondence.
