§ AP — Abuse Policy

Abuse Policy

This Abuse Policy describes how reports of abuse — including impersonation, phishing infrastructure, brand misuse, counterfeit, and harmful content — are received, classified, escalated, and resolved.

§ AB.01

Reporting Channels

Abuse reports are received at abuse@spinboss-protect.com. Reports should include the affected URL, domain, or identifier; a clear description of the issue; supporting evidence; and, where applicable, a reference identifier from prior correspondence.

§ AB.02

Classification

Reports are classified into severity tiers. Tier-1 covers active credential harvesting, executive impersonation, and ongoing harm; Tier-2 covers brand misuse and counterfeit activity without active credential harvesting; Tier-3 covers static or low-impact misuse.

§ AB.03

Acknowledgement Targets

Tier-1 reports are acknowledged within twenty-four (24) hours. Tier-2 within seventy-two (72) hours. Tier-3 within five (5) business days.

§ AB.04

Coordination

Where appropriate, abuse reports are coordinated with hosting providers, registrars, browser safe-listing services, anti-phishing working groups, and law-enforcement liaisons.

§ AB.05

Counter-Notices

Operators whose infrastructure is referenced in a report may submit a counter-notice with supporting material. Counter-notices are reviewed under the documented Notification Review Lifecycle.

§ AB.06

Prohibited Reports

Reports submitted with knowingly false or materially misleading information may be declined, retained for record, and referred to competent authorities.
